Aug 2017 – Strategic Business Solutions client Tsay Construction & Services, LLC (TC&S) was awarded a $15M contract from the Department of State to perform Facility Management, Maintenance & Logistics Support Services for the International Law Enforcement Academy out of Roswell, New Mexico. TC&S is a subsidiary of Tsay Federal Contracting Group (Tsay), a federally chartered Section 17 corporation owned by Ohkay Owingeh, one of 19 Pueblo tribes in the state of New Mexico.
